What is flourishing?

Flourish [fləriSH]: to grow or prosper in a healthy or vigorous way.  Synonyms: thrive, develop, succeed

Flourishing is rooted in a Harvard researched framework that defines six core aspects of well-being.

Our Imperative

We have needs beyond those relevant to the workplace and we expect our leaders and co-workers to understand us as humans first.

Our mission is to empower flourishing for both people and their organizations.

We were born to flourish.

We are programmed to grow and  become fully alive with purpose.

To realize our potential means we tap into our life force and our genius within; what the ancients called our ‘attendant spirit’ present at our birth that gives us extraordinary innate abilities.
