Defining Employee Happiness

Facebook recently conducted a survey of its workforce to determine employee happiness and what was MOST IMPORTANT to them. Their findings matched up with our mission.

Here are the values their team rated the highest and how YouFlerish can pair well to support these. Career is about work: having a job that provides autonomy, allows you to use your strengths, and promotes your learning and development. Cause is about purpose: feeling that you make a meaningful impact, identifying with the organization’s mission, and believing that it does some good in the world. It’s a source of pride.
