It's Time for a Vacation!

I need a vacation - have you taken one yet?
Isolation, both personal and professional, has increased our focus on mental health. Many companies are seeing employee productivity lessen and for some employees, they are even choosing to throw in the towel altogether.
We know that employees who prioritize authentic time away are more likely to return to work with a renewed sense of purpose.
Author Shawn Achor cites data that proves positive outcomes for taking time off, “…the brain can think positively, productivity improves by 31 percent, sales increase by 37 percent, and creativity and revenues can triple…”. Check out his book, The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work.
It’s important to prioritize your well-being! Use that time to recharge and focus on your mental health!
From All of us at Flerish, we are going to follow our own advice and get a vacation in next week! We’ll be back on flourishing path with you on September 10th.
