NETWORK Makes the Dream Work

In a nutshell, your ability to cultivate a thriving network is one proven avenue to increase your net worth. While there are lots of ways to build a network, let’s begin with the basics: Advocate for yourself. Know where you want to go, have a plan to get there, and make sure the right people know about it.

How best to ensure the right people know about your precious dreams? Through the YouFlerish app, of course! Now let’s improve your networking with a flourish!

After you have downloaded the YouFlerish app, Select Coach to see three options:

• Peer to Peer

• 1:1 Mentoring

• Live Wellness Coaching

Click on Peer to Peer and you’ll see the Happiness and Life Satisfaction box, the Character and Virtue box, and the Add Network box. You may recall when you took the app’s flourishing assessment, there are Six Domain Measures.

Happiness and Life Satisfaction and Character and Virtue are listed above the Add Network box. When you click on Add Network, you will see the four additional Domains. Even cooler: add your own network based around an aspect of your life in which you want to flourish. Once you have chosen or named a new network, click Add Member and select as many from your contacts that you want as part of your Network to success.

Now is where the fun continues...you get to invite people who may not be in your contacts currently. These can be peers you work with, people you admire (like community leaders, your current or past supervisors, perhaps members of the clergy) or someone from your past like a former teacher.

After adding all of your Network Members, check out the wide variety of AWESOME OPTIONS! Let’s look at a few...Ask allows you to type in a message. Simply click Ask, and the question goes out to your Network! When more minds are available to you, you are bound to get some great answers that look at the question from different perspectives than your own, which is exactly what you want. No blindspots!

Next, click on Share. It gives you the opportunity to share with your Members a link that has helped you or given you a great way to work through a problem. What about clicking on Objective? That gives you the ability to put in writing what you would like the result to be after working on your well-being in a particular Domain. Pretty great, right?

We have just scratched the surface of the incredible options you have to help you learn, grow, and Flourish. You are going to absolutely LOVE hearing about the opportunities that will open themselves up to you.
