In recognition of May being Mental Health Awareness month, there are many options available to you.
Your well-being begins when you download the YOUFlerish app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you’ve signed in, take the Harvard-developed assessment. Your overall score is connected to six domains of your life with each having a unique score. This will allow you to pinpoint areas where you want to focus or celebrate.
Want to know what domains are and how they're relevant to you and your well-being?
From the assessment, each of the following domains is worth a maximum of 20 points.
Happiness and Life satisfaction
Mental and Physical health
Meaning and Purpose
Character and Virtue
Close social relationships
Financial and Material stability
Let's pause here so that you can take the self-assessment.
The process is very quick, but do pay attention to how you answer them. Remember, YOUFlerish will use the information that you provide to customize a unique flourishing path just for you. You can always come back daily, weekly, or however often as you like to reassess and learn how you are doing.
As you come back from completing your assessment, think about your anchor... the area with the lowest score that weighs you down... and then think about your balloon, your area in which your score show that you are floating high in the sky!
